The foundation of Ba Gua is Chi Gung. Chi Gung develops the internal structure and energy flows which can then be transferred over into the Ba Gua. Classes taught focus on the healing and meditative aspects of Chi Gung and the pre birth Ba Gua circle walking. |

Peter Jenkins is Energy Arts certified to teach: Longevity Breathing - Level 1 ''Peter was our group leader on an Energy Gates course. He was excellent at answering questions and when teaching us he could both explain a movement and demonstrate it clearly. And, most important, when we were practising, he could see what we doing and give clear feedback. He is an excellent teacher and worth having lessons from.''
